We’re a boutique personal injury law firm based in the US committed to prioritizing our clients through effective communication and a personalized approach to each case. We’re currently looking for a Remote Receptionist/Intake Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their case. Your primary tasks will include conducting initial consultations and entering lead details into Lead Docket, evaluating the viability of claims, preparing and sending fee agreements, and gathering case-related documents. This position is crucial in establishing trust and ensuring that our clients feel valued from the very beginning.

We’re looking for someone with experience in personal injury law, who is not only empathetic and excellent at communication but also highly organized and attentive to details. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently in a remote setting and possess a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and knowledge of personal injury law.
