Note: Morning shifts start at 08:00 GMT (mandatory)
Salary: Pre-probation: R17,062.50 pro rata, after passing probation: R20,312.50

We’re looking for confident, tech savvy call centre professionals who can stay calm, clear and compassionate while handling high volumes of sensitive patient calls. If you work well under pressure, learn systems quickly and care about helping people, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
✓ Manage large volumes of inbound calls from UK patients
✓ Update and capture information across multiple IT systems
✓ Identify red flags and escalate appropriately
✓ Book appointments and follow strict protocols
✓ Support patients with empathy, patience and professionalism
What you need
✓ At least one year of high volume call centre or reception experience
✓ Strong IT literacy and fast, accurate typing
✓ Emotional resilience for handling difficult or sensitive conversations
✓ A quiet, secure home workspace
✓ Reliable internet connection
✓ A load shedding backup solution (UPS, inverter or generator)
✓ Windows 11 PC (no Macbook / Chromebook) and a headset
✓ Ability to work 08:00 GMT morning starts
