We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, office administration, and general support to ensure smooth business operations. We offer flexible working hours on a part-time basis with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Processing of invoices, payment and expense claims
- Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with reconciliations
- Supporting the payroll process and other financial transactions
- Assisting in preparing reports and financial statements
- Managing office supplies, correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- Background and proven experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities, as well as a high degree of self-management
