Mandy owns a growing property portfolio herself and is also partnered with Utility Warehouse- www.uw.co.uk to offer homeowners savings and income opportunities around their household bills.

Role Overview

Are you a creative, self-driven digital marketer with a passion for property, and quirky campaigns? Join our growing Property and Utility business that’s on a mission to stand out and scale up!

We’re now seeking an experienced Social Media and Marketing Assistant to help us engage and grow an audience, build our brands, and raise our business and personal profile.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing social media strategies to promote: –
  • HMO and single let property services to UK Landlords
  • Quality rental homes to professional and students
  • Engaging homeowners and potential partners for Utility Warehouse
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Identifying and engaging with relevant posts and communities to grow organic reach
  • Design marketing campaigns that are smart, creative and results driven
  • BMV Property sourcing campaigns and acquisition support directed at Sellers and Landlords
  • Using AI powered content and automation
  • Proficient with tools such as Canva, adobe express, meta ads manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp and lead funnel tools, to design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content and increase productivity and creativity.
  • Tracking performance and making data – informed improvements
  • Collaborating on ideas but also confident working independently.

Who are we looking for:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management across several platforms.
  • Ability to execute creative marketing strategies, content planning and content management and branding tasks.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with the UK property market or experience with UK based property Investors.
  • A creative and proactive person who can work on their own initiative and bring energy, ideas, and solutions to the team. Up to date on social media trends
  • A good communicator who is comfortable with technology
  • Organised but flexible.
  • A strong visual eye for design
  • Inventive, quirky mindset- We are not looking for boring templates.
  • Confident using AI tools for content and research.
  • Bonus: Experience in multi-level marketing or referral – based businesses like Utility Warehouse.
