We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to take ownership of client relationships and ensure they stay engaged, confident, and successful throughout their journey with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage 10–15 active U.S. clients to start
- Run proactive client check-ins via Google Meet
- Send regular updates through Loom videos, Slack, and email
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with both business owners and team members
- Understand each client’s business and goals — not just their account
- Support onboarding and ensure clients stay on track
- Spot risks early and take action to prevent churn
- Coordinate with our internal team to keep everything aligned
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are based in South Africa, fluent in spoken and written English
- Have experience in marketing, lead generation, client management, or agency work
- Are people-first, you enjoy building relationships and making others feel supported
- Thrive on proactive communication and staying a step ahead
- Are organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Are tech-savvy (we use AI tools daily, you’ll pick them up quickly)
- Have a fast computer, strong internet, and a good webcam/mic (we can provide support if needed)
- Want a flexible, remote schedule with room to grow into more responsibility
Role Details:
- 20 hours/week (part-time to start)
- Remote, with overlap to U.S. business hours (EST)
