About the Role

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the company’s daily operations running smoothly. You’ll support their contractors (who complete onsite jobs in Australia) and help manage the behind-the-scenes administration from your remote workspace.

You’ll receive full training on their systems (including ServiceM8), and plenty of support as you settle in. Once you’re up and running, you’ll take ownership of your tasks and manage your day independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the company’s leadership and their contractor network
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Follow up with contractors for job updates and outstanding invoices
  • Solve problems, prioritise and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Upload and manage invoices using ServiceM8 (training provided)
  • Coordinate schedules and keep daily operations on track
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English

About You:

  • At least two years experience in operations, coordination or administration
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Friendly, bubbly personality with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Highly resourceful and able to work independently
  • Curious and eager to learn (especially new tools like ServiceM8)
  • Reliable and available to work 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM SAST
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based tools and remote work

Nice to Have (Not Essential):

  • Experience using ServiceM8 or similar job management software
  • Familiarity with home maintenance, trade services or similar industries
