With over R450 million in tenders processed, we’re growing fast — and now we’re looking for an ambitious, experienced New Business Development Manager to lead our growth in Gauteng

What you will do:

  • Drive direct sales into key sectors: schools, estates, golf courses, malls, hotels
  • Build and convert new leads through relationships, cold calls, and sector-specific events
  • Promote Proco’s unique value: a guided, data-driven end to end tender management platform that saves time and money
  • Collaborate with our Tender and Marketing teams to deliver seamless client journeys

Who are you

  • You’re based in Gauteng
  • You’ve sold services into schools, housing estates, malls or golf courses – OR procured for one
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience — ideally selling to facilities managers, estate administrators, or other buyers of outsourced services like cleaning, security, or maintenance
  • Experience in SaaS or facilities-related sectors (cleaning, catering, landscaping, maintenance, security)
  • You have strong existing relationships in at least one of our core sectors
  • You’ve comfortable cold-calling, and excel at building trust
  • Independent, structured, and comfortable working remotely
