What you will do:
- Drive direct sales into key sectors: schools, estates, golf courses, malls, hotels
- Build and convert new leads through relationships, cold calls, and sector-specific events
- Promote Proco’s unique value: a guided, data-driven end to end tender management platform that saves time and money
- Collaborate with our Tender and Marketing teams to deliver seamless client journeys
Who are you
- You’re based in Gauteng
- You’ve sold services into schools, housing estates, malls or golf courses – OR procured for one
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience — ideally selling to facilities managers, estate administrators, or other buyers of outsourced services like cleaning, security, or maintenance
- Experience in SaaS or facilities-related sectors (cleaning, catering, landscaping, maintenance, security)
- You have strong existing relationships in at least one of our core sectors
- You’ve comfortable cold-calling, and excel at building trust
- Independent, structured, and comfortable working remotely
