We are a US-based real estate investment company that buys properties at a discount directly from motivated sellers and through real estate agents. We’re building a small, sharp inside sales team that can create opportunities every day by talking to agents across the US.

This is a fully remote position.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative whose main responsibility is to call real estate agents every day and start conversations about bringing us discounted deals.

You will:

  • Call listing agents and brokerages
  • Build rapport
  • Ask smart questions about the seller’s situation
  • Identify opportunities where we can buy properties below market value
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to the owner/acquisitions team

Important: You must have excellent English – clear, confident, and professional. An accent is absolutely fine, but your grammar, vocabulary, and communication must be near-perfect and easily understood by US agents.Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to real estate agents daily (using a dialer/phone system provided).
  • Follow a proven script while also sounding natural and conversational.
  • Ask questions to understand:
  • Seller motivation
  • Condition of the property
  • Price flexibility / willingness to negotiate
  • Clearly explain who we are and how we buy properties.
  • Handle basic objections and keep the conversation moving forward.
  • Gather and record accurate information about properties and agents.
  • Qualify opportunities and pass strong leads to the owner/acquisitions team.
  • Update notes, call outcomes, and tasks in our CRM after every conversation.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs (calls made, conversations, leads created, etc.).
  • Join regular team / 1:1 meetings via Zoom for feedback and skill improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • You sound clear, confident, and professional with US-based agents.
  • Accent is okay; poor grammar or unclear communication is not okay.
  • Proven phone sales experience (ideally 2+ years) in roles such as:
  • Inside sales
  • Call center / outbound sales
  • Appointment setting
  • SDR / BDR
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
  • Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
  • Organized and disciplined with updating CRM / spreadsheets and following up.
  • Stable high-speed internet, good headset, and quiet work environment.
  • Able to work with overlap in US business hours (e.g., EST/MST/PST depending on schedule).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or property-related sales.
  • Prior work with US clients or US-based companies.
  • Experience using dialers and CRMs (e.g., CallTools, Mojo, Close, GoHighLevel, etc.).
