Remote Dental Account Manager (Phone + Email Support) at Snap Dental Labs |R20000 p/m

We are a fast-growing dental lab serving clinics across the United States. We are hiring experienced dental professionals (virtual dentists, dental assistants, dental office staff, or dental-trained support agents) to join our remote account management team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from dental clinics
  • Building strong relationships with our dentist clients
  • Managing remakes, shipping issues, and case-related questions
  • Making outbound calls to clarify details or provide proactive updates
  • Monitoring our shared inbox and CRM for customer needs

You must have a dental background, excellent English, and be confident speaking on the phone.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a dental office, dental lab, or dental support role
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Clear, professional speaking voice for phone calls with U.S.-based dentists
  • High attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to work with tools like Google Sheets, Gmail, and CRM platforms
  • Fast learner who can keep up in a fast-moving environment

Shift Availability

We are hiring two full-time remote positions. Please only apply if you can fully commit to one of the following shifts:

  • Morning Shift – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
  • Evening Shift – 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST
