Course Consult is an operational flower farm located in Johannesburg, dedicated to the cultivation of high-quality, gorgeous, and long-lasting fresh-cut flowers and foliage. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and our ability to meet the diverse floral needs of our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our beautiful products and our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support, ensuring that each customer receives personalized attention and the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer expectations will be key in upholding the reputation Course Consult has established in the floral market. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in placing orders for our fresh-cut flowers and foliage.
  • Provide information on flower varieties, care instructions, and availability.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in our system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Educate customers on our products and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in retail or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of flowers and plants is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
