About the role
Are you a strategic thinker and motivated problem-solver, who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a direct impact on business growth? We’re looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our Customer Operations team! This is a fast-paced role that offers the opportunity to work across the business, supporting initiatives that directly impact our customer-facing teams and contribute to revenue growth. You’ll be at the center of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, upskilling and training initiatives, and operational transformations that drive exceptional customer experiences. In your first week, expect to:

- Meet with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business objectives.
In your first month, expect to:
- Collaborate on streamlining internal processes that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Support the development, roll-out and adoption of GTM enablement initiatives.
- Begin supporting revenue-generating initiatives by providing operational assistance to customer-facing teams.
In your first three months, expect to:
- Deepen cross-functional collaboration, building strong relationships across the business to support key initiatives.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project workstreams, balancing customer-facing initiatives and internal operations that directly drive revenue growth.
- Drive GTM enablement activities, including training initiatives, readiness tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring teams are fully equipped for success.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency.
In your first year, expect to:
- Lead high-impact customer experience and GTM initiatives, driving operational excellence, and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights that that inform key business decisions.
- Streamline operations and implement innovative solutions to optimize customer journeys and boost satisfaction.
- Drive team training and upskilling initiatives, playing a central role in enhancing team performance and readiness.

Requirements & Skills
- 3 – 5 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar strategic role.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic data analysis) with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to craft clear, visually engaging presentations that tell compelling stories.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outputs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, with a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic settings.
- Experience supporting customer experience initiatives or revenue-generating projects is a plus.
