About the Role:
We’re looking for confident and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our international sales team. If you’re passionate about communication, enjoy building relationships, and thrive on achieving targets, this role is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads effectively
- Represent Pearl Lemon professionally in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is a plus
- Confidence, persistence, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
