Receptionist Wanted In Johannesburg for GUNRET FOODS PTY LTD (KFC)

Are you a welcoming, organized professional with a background in administration? Do you have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a talent for problem-solving? We’re looking for someone like you to be the face of our company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.
  • Resolve issues promptly to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage courier services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Solid planning and organizational abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
