Receptionist for TVH | Onsite Jhb

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our team at TVH Ekurhuleni. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact within the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and is highly organised. You will be working alongside other passionate individuals who strive for excellence in everything they do.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the internal teams.
• Handle incoming calls and provide callers with the needed information or pass them trough to the correct point of contact.
• Manage daily reception duties including answering calls, taking messages and maintaining a busy calendar.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Support the rest of the team by performing administrative tasks.

How to succeed / Your profile

• You are an outgoing person who loves to communicate with customers over the phone and in the office.
• You are able to handle each question with a smile, despite the many phone calls and visitors.
• You have experience in a customer facing role, dealing with customer questions and complains.
• You have experience with working with a switch board to handle phone calls for our different branches in South-Africa.
• Excellent administrative skills including attention to detail
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office and general office equipment
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
