Responsibilities

  • Reception and switchboard duties.
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organised.
  • Arrange and manage travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage boardroom bookings.
  • Welcome and direct visitors.
  • Assist with courier services and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Obtain quotations and compile purchase requisitions for the HR department.
  • Record and take minutes for all HR department meetings.
  • Coordinate staff functions and events.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate.
  • Administration/secretarial certificate or diploma.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in reception, administration, and travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Qualification and experience in human resources would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to work after hours occasionally.
  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle will be advantageous.
