Real Estate Virtual Assistant Wanted to Work Remotely in South Africa
We’re hiring a virtual assistant to join one of the fastest-growing Real Estate Investment companies in the United States! You MUST have a drive to WIN and be the best version of yourself. We are EXTREMELY core-value driven. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in speaking with people. You will play a key part in both recruiting new team members, communicating with homeowners, and doing daily tasks and communication.
Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Support:
- Screen and organize incoming resumes.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews with applicants.
- Evaluate candidate communication skills, qualifications, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with leadership and follow up with applicants.
- Maintain records of all applicant communications.
Seller Support Tasks:
- Act as a liaison between the acquistion dept. and the disposition dept. by communicating with sellers.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups.
- Send and respond to emails, calls, and texts professionally.
- Track project statuses and updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Assist with documentation, agreements, and task delegation.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking to applicants and clients over the phone.
- Highly organized and dependable with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and task management software.
- Prior experience in recruiting or real estate admin support is a plus.
