Private Property in South Africa is Hiring a Remote Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively engaging with customers, nurturing leads, assessing prospects, and overseeing the sales of products and services to meet sales targets and objectives.
This role is focused on identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the B2B customer segments. Your success in this role will entail utilizing research methodologies to conduct comprehensive market analysis, identify market gaps, and leveraging your sales expertise to strategically position our offerings against competitors.
Through a customer-centric approach, adept sales techniques, and a deep understanding of our business landscape, you will play a vital role in identifying, capitalizing on upsell opportunities, and retaining revenue for the organization.
What you Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years working in an external Sales role
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and reporting methods and systems
- Experience working remotely
- Proven Sales track record
- A relevant Tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
- Valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle and flexibility to travel nationally
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills
- Self-motivator
- Self-discipline
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
