This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that supports pipeline and forecast management, quota tracking, CRM optimization, and operational cadence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong background in sales operations without direct people leadership responsibilities.

  • Quota Management & Performance Tracking: Assist with territory planning, quota allocation, and tracking performance metrics through dashboards and performance reviews.
  • Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with growth marketing and marketing operations on account allocation, whitespace assessments, and tracking marketing campaign impact.
  • Pricing Operations: Manage the regional price list and support the price approval process, ensuring compliance with internal pricing policies.
  • Revenue Recognition Support: Partner with Finance and Logistics to ensure closed opportunities meet revenue recognition criteria and are processed promptly.

Sales Operations Infrastructure

  • CRM Management & Hygiene: Maintain and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports, ensure data integrity, and support field teams in resolving CRM-related issues.
  • Sales Enablement Coordination: Organize and execute local sales enablement activities, including process and tool training, competitive insights, and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Sales Productivity Management: Monitor and report on sales productivity KPIs, highlighting trends and identifying areas for process or performance improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives

  • Leadership Cadence Support: Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings, including QBRs, performance reviews, and preparation of supporting materials.
  • Project Support: Serve as a project coordinator for sales-related initiatives in the region, including new tool rollouts, sales plays, and process improvements.
  • Sales Data Modeling: Support the implementation and adoption of performance frameworks such as the Bowtie model to enhance business insights.
  • Process Documentation & Improvement: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
  • Strategic Program Liaison: Act as the European liaison for global initiatives such as Project Harmony, ensuring local alignment and execution.
  • Administrative Support: Support regional sales leadership with reporting, meeting follow-ups, and internal coordination as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support, ideally within SaaS, telematics, IoT, or fleet management industries
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including building and managing dashboards and reports
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and quota tracking
  • Experience organizing enablement activities and managing operational cadences
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions and regions
