Job description

  • Manage and coordinate Diaries and Meetings 
  • Coordinate Exco and Board meetings
  • Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders, prospective clients and product partners
  • Responsible to collate, format, consolidate, print and bind packs including Exco, Board and Audit Committee packs
  • Distribute Annual Financial Statements, Resolutions etc. to stakeholders as required
  • Take Minutes of Meetings 
  • Responsible for coordinating Travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car hire, visa applications, etc. for all staff
  • Loading invoices on Fraxion
  • Any ad-hoc personal responsibilities
  • Ordering Stationery

Minimum requirements

  • Matric
  • Completed related qualification
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Min 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Coordination Skills
  • Excellent Administration Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail required
