Part-Time Work From Home Junior Bookkeeper Wanted at Lola Ledgers
We’re looking for motivated Junior Bookkeeper(s) to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis.
This role is perfect for someone looking to earn extra income while studying, or as a side hustle alongside other commitments. Consideration will also be given to full-time working candidates, as the role will have clear deliverables and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare basic financial journals
- Support with payroll and tax compliance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Sage Business Cloud Accounting (My Business Online) experience – essential
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams & Excel) – essential
- Own working laptop with reliable internet – essential
- Sage Payroll admin experience – an advantage
- Trello experience – an advantage
- Min 2 years’ bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
- Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently studying)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setup
