Role details:

  • Hours: 20-25 hours per week
  • Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month
  • Location: fully remote

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeper to support a growing business with financial administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping, invoice management, and financial tracking.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and tracking invoices, ensuring timely issuance and follow-ups
  • Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Expense tracking and data entry
  • Assisting with financial reporting and general bookkeeping tasks
  • Supporting the finance team with administrative duties as needed

Ideal candidate:

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or financial administration
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
