We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed Junior E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing remote team. You’ll help manage and maintain our product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Faire, and Macy’s, ensuring our virtual shelves are always accurate, optimised, and customer-ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily checks on Amazon, Faire, Macy’s, and Shopify listings
  • Updating pricing, product bundles, images, descriptions, variants
  • Logging app/platform bugs and sync issues using ClickUp or Monday.com
  • Maintaining product tagging, metadata, and inventory accuracy
  • Preparing listings ahead of launches and promos
  • Coordinating with Customer Support to flag and fix listing/content errors

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce admin (Shopify, Amazon, Faire)
  • Excellent written English and a detail-first mindset
  • Strong Google Sheets + marketplace admin experience
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Familiarity with backend systems and task logging tools

Targets / KPIs

  • 100% SKU accuracy across platforms
  • Errors resolved within 48 hours
  • Weekly marketplace listing audit completed every Monday
  • Product launch listings go live on schedule
