Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Order placing
  • Order Follow ups
  • Data Capturing
  • Attend to inbound and Outbound calls
  • Assisting in the Rica process
  • Voip Queries
  • Fibre line provider queries
  • Label Printing
  • Ram Queries
  • Router queries follow ups
  • Sales inbound and outbound
  • Other administrative duties
  • Creation of accounts

  • 12 Months Administrative experience
  • 12 Months Customer facing experience
