Operations Coordinator for Red Oak Enterprises | Remote SA – US Hours (R22 000 p/m)

Job Description:
We are a growing leasing company based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in renting out apartments. Our team thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment, and we’re looking for a Remote Operations Coordinator to help us keep things running smoothly. This role involves coordinating with photographers, managers, and departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Working Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
• This translates to 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM South African Standard Time (SAST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage photographers for property listings.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to streamline operations.
• Assist with creating contracts and processing paperwork.
• Review ads for accuracy and ensure they are error-free.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support daily operational needs as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professionalism, timeliness, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with property management and Airtable is a plus but not required.
