Position details:
- Start Date: Dive into your teaching adventure right away upon completing the recruitment process.
- Teaching Hours: Peak hours from Monday to Friday between 12PM and 3PM SAST, Saturdays and Sundays more hours available.
- Students: Engage with bright young minds aged 4-12 years old from China, creating dynamic one-on-one learning experiences or small group classes.
- Class Duration: Deliver impactful lessons in 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Remuneration: Receive a competitive base rate of $16.50 USD per hour.
- Contract Type: Join us as an Independent Service Provider, enjoying the freedom and flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Maths and/or Science.
- Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and methodologies (Knowledge of CAPS/GCSE/SAT advantageous).
Requirements
- A degree in Mathematics, Science or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Maths and/or Science online (3-5 years).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for education and student success.
Technical Requirements:
- PC specifications: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater, 8GB RAM or greater
- Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 4-5 hours (2000VA)
- Internet connection: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Accessories: Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
