Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistics coordination, including tracking shipments and updating delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update fleet records, driver logs, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and process delivery notes, invoices, and transport documentation.
  • Handle data entry and record-keeping for inventory, fuel usage, and transportation costs.
  • Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support the team with general office administration, including filing, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or relevant administration qualification.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Own car & valid driver’s license
