Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator located in Boksburg. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office equipment, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and carrying out general office administration duties such as timesheets, job cards etc.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction or equipment industry is beneficial
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Afrikaans and English speaking is a plus.
