We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Cyber & Information Technology Trainee Program.

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure to cybersecurity operations, IT infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Software development, risk management, and solution delivery. In addition to technical exposure, trainees will also have the opportunity to develop sales and client management skills, gaining insights into how cybersecurity and IT solutions are positioned, marketed, and delivered to clients.

• Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
• Salary: R15 000

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on experience in endpoint and network security, IT support, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT security issues under guidance from senior professionals.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other developmental opportunities to develop one’s capabilities .
• Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls, compliance frameworks, and IT policies.
• Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
• Contribute to incident response investigations, security assessments, and IT problem-solving activities.
• Document key learnings, findings, and solutions to enhance team knowledge.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• • Prior knowledge, experience and qualifications in IT, Cyber Security and similar fields is beneficial but not a requirement.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively.
• • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• • A hardworking and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
