Marketing Assistant at Tier3 Media Ready to be the backbone of a high-performing marketing team? At Tier3 Media, our Marketing Assistants are the vital force behind our successful client relationships and campaign execution. Join us in creating seamless experiences for our med spa clients while mastering the art of project coordination.

Your Role at Tier3 Media Become the orchestrator of success within your dedicated pod team. You’ll manage crucial client communications, drive new client onboarding processes, and ensure project timelines are met. Supporting 30-45 med spa accounts in their journey to success, you’ll be instrumental in helping new clients achieve their First Win by coordinating seamless service launches across our teams.

Daily Life at Tier3 Media

  • Orchestrating new client onboarding processes
  • Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely service launches
  • Tracking and facilitating First Win milestones for new clients as well as documenting ongoing KPI’s to track their progress month over month
  • Coordinating with your pod team during daily huddles
  • Managing and prioritizing tasks in ClickUp
  • Documenting client communications and meeting outcomes
  • Following up on project timelines and deliverables
  • Structured work hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST (remote position requiring stable internet)

What We’re Looking For The ideal Marketing Assistant combines organizational prowess with a proactive mindset:

  • Quantifiable Qualifications:
  • Experience with client onboarding or implementation processes preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp experience is a plus)
  • Experience with client communication platforms and Slack

Compensation & Benefits

  • $1,200 – $1,500 monthly base salary
