We’re looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our sales team and help execute on our growth strategy. Klipboard is a SaaS-based, next-generation field service management platform that transforms how organisations manage their mobile workforce. We help our customers to operate smarter and more efficiently for the delivery of service jobs in the field.

52% of field service businesses globally have no software for operating their business, therefore representing a huge opportunity for our growth. We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people across 12 countries using Klipboard to manage their field service business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to and working side by side with Senior Account Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for almost all new customers. We’re growing quickly so it’s fast paced, fun and highly rewarding.

You’ll need to be all over channels like; phone, email, social. Creating clever ways to break through the noise and book meetings for your team to close. Mainly outbound but there is  also a chance to work some warm / incoming leads generated by inbound marketing.

Initially you’ll be working from our established sales playbook for outbound and overtime you will be expected to use your own instincts to make it your own and further enhance and develop your sales prospecting skill set. The company is growing and we are looking for people to join us for an exciting challenge. 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Your Qualities, Skills & Experience

  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Hubspot)
  • Experience in a recent new business sales role (outbound and/or SaaS environment)
  • A confident telephone and communication manner
