About the Position 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Sales Call Center Agent to join our branch. 
Technical knowledge of Tools and Machinery would be an advantage.

Desired Work Experience

• Having technical knowledge in the DIY Tools or Hardware environment would be an absolute added advantage.  
• Must be able to communicate with customers at all levels.
• Must be detailed orientated
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be highly motivated and be able to liaise with customers
