Position Overview: The Junior Customer Service Consultant at Nova Oral Care plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client support.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries across all our social channels, and providing live chat support for our online store. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and professional customer experience at every interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales and customer satisfaction calls to foster strong customer relationships.
• Engage with customers through WhatsApp and provide timely support via our online store’s Live Chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer service strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Matric / Tertiary Qualification
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
