The Candidate Experience Specialist specializes in creating positive interactions with candidates to drive their interest in applying for our open positions. Their key responsibilities include promptly addressing all inquiries through a customer conversation platform. Additionally, they maintain up-to-date candidate profiles with relevant notes. As an integral part of their daily duties, they actively support candidates navigating and completing the application process.
Assisting candidates, providing further information, and clearing up doubts regarding the experience, qualifications, and requirements for a job position.
