Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. The Candidate Experience Specialist specializes in creating positive interactions with candidates to drive their interest in applying for our open positions. Their key responsibilities include promptly addressing all inquiries through a customer conversation platform. Additionally, they maintain up-to-date candidate profiles with relevant notes. As an integral part of their daily duties, they actively support candidates navigating and completing the application process.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Assisting candidates, providing further information, and clearing up doubts regarding the experience, qualifications, and requirements for a job position. 

• Hosting virtual Q&A sessions for potential candidates. 
• Managing candidate communications platforms  
• Assisting with job ad publishing and quality checks. 
• Monitoring job board subscriptions 
• Analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to assess the effectiveness of different job boards and posting strategies. 
• Assisting the team leader, and department as needed.  

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

What We’re Looking For:  

• At least six months of experience in a similar position. 
• Advanced or native-level English proficiency. (written and spoken).  
• A Technical or Bachelor’s degree. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.   
• Knowledge of MS Office. 
• Demonstrated empathy and patience.   
• Adaptability with English and Spanish. (Not required, but would be a plus)
• Analytical thinking.  
• Attention to detail. 
• Organization. 
• Customer service skills.  
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Teamwork. 
• Strong problem-solving skills.  
• Your own reliable and updated PC, a headset, and a reliable internet connection. (at least 30 mb/s).
