Monthly Compensation: $ 680 – $ 800 USD 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Handling outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and prospects
  • Gathering and verifying client information with accuracy and discretion
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry within CRM systems
  • Coordinating with internal teams via Missive and Teams calls, and other • internal communication apps
  • Managing calendar appointments and scheduling as needed

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience as an Intake Specialist or Administrative Receptionist
  • Outstanding English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience managing outbound and inbound calls
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work

  • Calendar management tools

Working Schedule: Mon – Fri 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
