  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Description:

Online Car Parts is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Invoicing and Filing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and organizing documentation efficiently. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Prepare, process, and send invoices to customers. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Filing: Organize and maintain both physical and digital records. Ensure all documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Update and manage databases and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding invoice queries and discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all invoicing and filing processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with invoicing software is a plus.
