YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in converting inbound leads into high-value clients in the African region. You’ll work within a structured process, delivering on sales targets and contributing to our growth for smaller clients coming inbound. This role is ideal for someone with experience in adtech or programmatic advertising who thrives on achieving results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The role will report to our Inbound Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  •  Lead Conversion: Qualify and nurture inbound leads, identifying opportunities to convert them into clients.
  •  Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  •  Process Adherence: Follow structured sales processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in lead management.
  •  Client Engagement: Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions align with their goals.
  •  Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, account management, and product teams to align on lead quality and customer expectations.
  •  Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including lead status, pipeline updates, and conversion metrics.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:

  •  Experience in AdTech or Programmatic Advertising (2+ years preferred).
  •  Sales Expertise: Proven track record in hitting or exceeding sales quotas, ideally with inbound sales.
  •  Process-Oriented: Strong ability to follow and improve structured workflows.
  •  Excellent Communication: Both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  •  Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales technology.
  •  Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
