About the Role
We’re looking for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed to support day-to-day operations, content execution, and client communications. This role will involve everything from managing launches to improving backend systems, and helping execute marketing campaigns and course funnels.
You’re a problem solver, not just a task-ticker. You ask questions, speak up when you spot inefficiencies, and take ownership of your work.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Are confident using tools like Asana, Kajabi (optional), Canva, and AI tools (like ChatGPT)
- Love the world of finance, education, and online business
- Are a fast implementer, able to work independently and juggle multiple projects
- Have great attention to detail, are proactive, and enjoy wearing multiple hats
- Can work some weekend hours (occasionally during launches or events)
- Have a reliable internet connection and fluent written/spoken English
Key Responsibilities
This is a broad, dynamic role. Your week may include:
- Posting social content (Facebook/Instagram) & scheduling email’s
- Editing & publishing Reels
- Managing basic email automations and lead magnets in Kajabi
- Designing assets in Canva
- Editing landing pages and simple funnels
- Providing basic customer support & replying to DMs
- Researching and spotting social trends / dates / ideas
- Supporting virtual and in-person events, collaborations, and partnerships
