Human Resources Remote Work in South Africa as an Interviewer at Job Duck

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. The Interviewer is the first face-to-face contact with the candidate. They interview candidates with questions based on the position they are applying to, along with questions designed to explore their behavioral, critical, and analytical skills. The Interviewer also decides whether the candidate is eligible to move on to the next phase of the application process.

Monthly Compensation: 900 US
Pay is determined by experience and education.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Reviewing candidate’s profiles and adding them to the profile list. 
• Review notes from previous screening stages and prepare additional notes or questions prior to the interview. 
• Ensuring all data is added to the database.  
• Ensuring all descriptions and information needed are available for the interview. 
• Conducting interviews with candidates.  
• Deciding whether candidates passed or failed their interview. 
• Updating Workday and all relevant parties after deciding whether the candidate is eligible or not.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

• AT least 6 months experience working in Talent Acquisition or a related role.  
• Experience with recruitment processes.
