We’re on the lookout for a HR Virtual Assistant to help manage HR admin tasks and drive Team Member morale and engagement within our team.

The Challenge

You will help ensure that all HR – related files are correct, accurate, and up – to – date, all Team Members’ HR needs are resolved, and that the team is well and happy in being part of GT Ecom.

Early Success Milestones for this role

Updated HR files, improvements in the current process, and an increase in our TM Satisfaction Score.

Your Team When You Join Us

You will be reporting directly to our HR Manager.

  • You have have previous experience in similar role
  • You are tech – savvy, detail oriented, and have positive attitude

Couple of the notes about the role

  • This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
  • You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Schedule is negotiable.
  • We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked.

Compensation

  • EUR 3.7 per hour + performance bonus + EUR 75/month reimbursable health stipend
