Hertex is Hiring a Sales Administrator in Johannesburg
We require an experienced Sales Administrator who will be based at the Distribution Center in Midrand.
Main purpose of the job
- We require an experienced Sales Administrator who will be based at the Distribution Center in Midrand.
Minimum requirements
- Matric, have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience, knowledge of Hertex products/systems advantageous, excellent administration skills, be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, be meticulous and detail-orientated and enjoy being part of a team.
Ideal candidate
- An ideal candidate is someone who meets or exceeds the outlined requirements.
Main duties
Providing exceptional customer service, accurately capturing orders working on all platforms – WhatsApp lines, orders box, book orders, back orders, RPOS and banking, following up on customer queries, providing support to our sales team, driving sales through excellent customer service and relieving reception.
