Half-Day Position in Cape Town as a Wellness & Client Care Co-ordinator at Coco Ruby | R10000 p/m

We are seeking a dynamic, warm, and organised individual to join our growing integrative aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a half-day position, ideal for someone who excels in client hospitality, administrative coordination, and creating seamless client experiences, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel cared for throughout their visit.
• Manage bookings, client communication, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Facilitate Red Light Photobiomodulation sessions by guiding clients, operating the device, and ensuring sessions run smoothly.
• Take client measurements and assist with client in-take forms and documentation.
• Support with social media content, community engagement, and marketing activities.
• Assist in co-ordinating practice operations and wellness events to ensure everything flows seamlessly.
• Uphold high standards of client service, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for hospitality and client care.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new equipment (training provided)
• Experience in a wellness, spa, beauty, or an aesthetics environment and a good track record in sales is advantageous
• Passion for wellness, holistic living, and client experience
