Requirements (Training will be included)

• Develop a good understanding of our product range to confidently address customer questions
• Computer literate (email, social media and order fulfilment)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Reliable
• Comfortable dealing with people
• Able to work from our offices on Kloof Street, Cape Town
• Bonus if you have experience or an understanding of hair

You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. You will serve as the frontline representative of our brand, embodying our values.

Responsibilities will include:

• Handle in-store demos and sales with clients
• Daily dispatch of orders
• Liaise with clients via email and social media
• Answer client phone calls
• Lead follow up phone calls
• Assisting with testing new products
• Assisting in any adhoc marketing related tasks
• Troubleshoot customer concerns or complaints, escalating complex issues to the necessary departments
• Assisting with weekly stock takes
• Assisting with quality control
