GRW is seeking an experienced, passionate and hardworking Key Account Manager who are keen on developing positive relationships with our clients. In this role, you will help the customers by providing quality service to them. This vacancy is in KwaZulu-Natal.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and develop customer relations.
  • Provide specialist guidance to customer needs regarding required equipment.
  • Stay up to date with developments in the marketplace.
  • Networking
  • Negotiate on price and terms and conditions.
  • Quotation sends to customer with numerous follow up calls and visits.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is in place.
  • After sales service
  • Day to day assistance with customer breakdowns/product issues

Requirements:

  • Product knowledge will be beneficial.
  • Computer literate
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work long hours.
  • Must be able to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience in transport industry will be beneficial.
