We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrator to provide essential administrative support for administrative projects. Strong communication skills—particularly over the phone—are essential, along with a proactive approach to completing projects and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties to update internal systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-through to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and manage internal documents, forms, and reports
  • Monitor and manage inboxes and correspondence
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative work
  • Contribute to smooth office operations and efficiency
