Responsibilities
- Social media strategy development and implementation
- Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
- Propose and implement new social media initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Content creation and management
- Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including text, images, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform’s audience and best practices.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and other SEO strategies to optimise content reach and visibility.
- Ensure agency respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media mentions and manage online reputation.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster conversations.
- Identify and address any negative feedback or crises promptly and effectively.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation and performance tracking

- Analytics and reporting
- Track social media KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use analytics to inform future social media strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a social media management role.
- Experience in the automotive industry a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content creation skills (text, image, video).
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
