THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Representative to support the success of our retail and corporate sales over our busy season (October – December). There is potential for this to become a full-time role after the initial 3-month contract.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To ensure we provide excellent customer service to our trade customers over the period when our team is under the most pressure.
SUCCESS OUTCOMES (FOR THE ROLE)
- We provide excellent service to our trade customers by being responsive, thoughtful and effective in both written and verbal communications.
- We keep our databases and files organised and up-to-date by applying discipline to data entry and administrative tasks.
- We work accurately to ensure all sales orders are correct from receipt through to fulfilment.
- We communicate effectively with other departments to ensure orders are processed on time.
- We listen intently to our customers and continuously relay useful feedback to management and other stakeholders.
- We understand that we are selling premium products so we take great care to carry this image through to our customers.
- We are ambitious in meeting our sales targets and proactively attempt to meet and exceed them.
- We take a proactive approach and go above and beyond to make our customers happy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, a university degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic sales processes and administrative support.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
This is an ONSITE position, and you will be expected to come into our office in Woodstock, Cape Town.
