Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous

Ideal requirements

  • ISP experience will be advantageous
  • Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage
