Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Gift Wrapper to join their team in Sandton City.To wrap and decorate customer’s purchases with gift-wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and tape after purchase.

Minimum Requirement:

Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate 

Job Description:

Gift Wrapping:

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate wrapping materials.
• Wrap each package in a professional manner and in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Remove price tag from packaged products and include gift receipts in wrapping.
• Clearly organize and store wrapped packages in gift wrap holding area, as assigned.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Customer Service:

• Provide friendly, helpful and courteous assistance to all customers.
• Greet customers and determine their needs and wants.
• All customer queries must be dealt with and resolved within a reasonable time.
• The correct uniform and name badge must be worn at all times.
• Report bad and suspicious behaviour – staff and customers – to management.
