Every day you will…

  • Assist and support the workforce during significant life events
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collect and maintain availability information for scheduling purposes
  • Assist employees with benefit-related queries and enrolment
  • Ensure customer inquiries are resolved effectively on the first interaction
  • Respond to general HR queries, sign posting resources and processes and ensuring follow ups are completed
  • Support lead generation for candidate attraction
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings
  • Participate in performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and support and linking with nursing specialists when needed
