How you will make a difference
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Order Management: Handle quotations, sales orders, and delivery processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer and material master data in ERP systems (SAP).
- Compliance: Ensure all processes align with legal, commercial, and company guidelines.
- Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to optimize workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Sales, Production, Operations and Finance to meet customer requirements.

- Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Basic understanding of commercial, legal, and trading rules.
- Familiarity with Letter of Credit (LC) processes.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing detailed information.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
